The "Mission" of the Lima Public Library is to provide materials for learning, recreation, and personal growth through traditional and technological resources.

Adult and Children's - Reference and Reading Materials, Story Times and other programs, Large Print Books, Magazines, Books on Tape, Videos, DVDs, Computers with Internet access , Word Processing and Job Search Access, Inter Library Loan, and OWWL, the online Pioneer Library System Catalog.
